Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday from 9:00am - 11:00am.
*time slots and a regular schedule can be reserved for semi-private training upon request and is recommended for both coach and client to maintain scheduling ease.*

The difference
Intimate group vs. Semi-private
-Semi-private coaching includes completely individualized programming based on current goals, limitations, history etc; whereas intimate group includes various training “paths” that emphasize particular energy systems / adaptations that can be performed on a day, fitting the clients needs more precisely than random workouts and high intensity classes. This along with our “open system” coaching, which allows for changes in structure to occur during debrief of a session (after discussing daily readiness, energy levels, muscle / joint preparedness etc.) makes our group programming highly adaptable and unlike any other group coaching out there.
Anybody can choose any service they’d like, what is within budget and what they feel is the best environment for them to prosper.
Our coaching is zero-contract based. You can cancel or switch services at anytime.
INTIMATE GROUP TRAINING PATHS —
Explore
Balanced, methodical, creative programming that spans energy systems such as max strength, strength-endurance, work capacity and specific aerobic capacity. The over-arching goal with Explore is to expand clients experience with diverse training sessions and to cultivate a mindset of improvement in various domains of fitness and GPP (general physical preparedness). These aren’t “hard” sessions or “easy” sessions. These are sessions based on the premise that you are confident in basic movement / strength patterns, but they are often complex in terms of training structure, movement selection or the combination of multiple energy systems being exploited in the same session. All in all, they are fun, progressive and what keeps us training and engaged.
baseline
Balanced and methodical programming that emphasizes strength-endurance and mobility over max strength. Baseline is a hybrid approach to training, great for clients just starting out, coming from a place of injury, pain or dysfunction and still want to build muscle tissue, improve aspects of mobility, train and move freely. The goal is preparation for harder training but Baseline is also used as a way to tail back training stress when life gets a bit too much. Mobility, joint / muscle quality and movement literacy are emphasized as one builds confidence in various movement patterns while pushing weight and building muscle.
