The idea
We’re all guilty of it… the slow drift of attention. skimming through content, conversations, thoughts and workouts without much notice, or care. Time eats away at us as we reach for “good enough.” Ignorant of our limitations and our potential.
Raon is here to break that.
Raon Training Club is the training blog that tracks our elite training sessions. It is a way to monitor progress, to track weights, sets, PR’s; to get motivated and stay inspired to train. We’ve often said that Raon is like getting a degree… in what? Time will tell. For now you should know one thing:
