Maybe you are starting; an endless barrage of “have-to’s” and “do not’s” leaves you overwhelmed and frustrated.
Either path can lead to the one thing fitness is directly opposing: complacency.
Raon Training isn’t another program. It’s a resource. It isn’t a fixed space, but an evolving one.
It is a system, a pursuit of physical capacity and mental capacity that changes the most important muscle—the one inside of the skull. It is training for real life, people who want to be better, want to connect better to their bodies and their mind.
We’re tired of casual, meaningless interactions. We want to move and train with purpose—so what’s the remedy?
