We’ve turned training into a vending machine: insert willpower, select goal, wait for transformation.
Monkey see, monkey do.
But that’s not how people work. And it’s not how we train.
At Raon, we don’t run a gym.
We run a training environment. A human one.
We’re not here to sell grind culture, TikTok science, or the “optimal program.”
We’ve just spent the last decade asking deeper questions about why people train, what keeps them coming back, and how to build a system that respects both physiology and psychology; the core of a human, not just the outside of it.
We built Raon for people who want to train hard without losing themselves in the process.
Who want to feel different, not just look different.
Who want community without the cult.
And coaching without the ego trip.
It’s not magic. It’s just better.

About Raon
Raon (ray-on) is a creative play on the Korean word “raon” (rah-own), traditionally meaning “happy” or “joyful.” But to us, it means much more—it is our way of symbolizing the necessity of change, iteration, and creativity that is void in most training circles and the fitness industry in general.
To us, Raon signals a new relationship to effort—one that is thoughtful, real, and nurtured to be felt, not just tracked.

One-off Sessions
Private training sessions can be purchased as single sessions or in packs. One-off sessions are an alternative for people not interested in committing to monthly coaching. These sessions are specifically designed around problem-solving for individuals dealing with current pain, injury recovery, sports-related issues or anyone who wants to be more effective and comprehensive with their own training. They start with a phone/ in-person consult, which is followed by a curated session.

Semi-Private Coaching
Semi-private sessions are a monthly coaching option that is a fraction of what it would cost for one-on-one training. Performed in conjunction with another SP client and capped at 2 per hour in order to maintain a highly curated, individualized training atmosphere. Time slots are prescheduled weekly to fit your schedule as optimally as possible. Our SP coaching is comprehensive, individualized programming, pertaining to all levels and modalities of fitness. It is about long-term, consistent progress in physical, mental and psychological well-being. There is not a more comprehensive program out there.

All-inclusive Group Membership
Small group coaching is our most popular monthly coaching option. It combines the energy and community of group training while maintaining a uniquely intimate environment—classes are capped at 5 per hour, this ensures an extremely coaching atmosphere; the exact opposite of most big group classes. You also have access to our training vault, which is a collection of training sessions, mobility routines, recovery tactics, breath-work etc., along with our nutrition vault, which contains educational content regarding all things health. Group training that’s actually different, and holistic.

Remote Coaching
Remote coaching is a bespoke offering that combines daily individualized training sessions and in-depth health / lifestyle advice. It is a monthly, recurring commitment that takes into account personal history, goals, limitations (equipment availability, work schedule, lifestyle etc.) in order to give you the biggest bang for you buck. You receive training sessions, recovery sessions, nutrition advice, lifestyle optimization along with weekly check-ins.
