Many gyms rely on aggressive programs that give quick results but often leave you in a ditch in terms of recoverability. As motivation wains from this “controlled over-training” it is marketed as a “results-driven program.” That’s not what Raon does. We use every bit of science and experience to develop programming “paths” that each group client can fluidly move back and forth from and to without sacrificing solid progression in key metrics while allowing one to explore different training modalities and to keep your motivation at an all time high, consistently.

Want to feel like a freak in anything that you do? This combines the reliability of Baseline but adds in athletic movements such as Olympic lifting, plyometrics and joint isolation work.

New and don’t know where to start? Recovering from an injury or dealing with pain / movement limitations—ease is your starting point. Learn how to isolated key structures, strengthen key areas, and learn to move without pain.

gyms sell you quick fixes and magic pills in the form of “specialized” 8 week programs and 6 week bootcamps. What they lack is the ability to attain small, incremental improvements in various aspects of fitness across a broader range of time. this is what we specialize in.

Training should wake you up, make you feel alive, not put you on autopilot. The same intensity all of the time (i.e. spin classes, pilates, yoga) is missing novelty and variability. Our programming is tailor-made for high levels of engagement, problem solving and flow state. We’re here to build you up over time, not drag you down.

Personalized nutrition, supplementation protocols and lifestyle “biohacks” are included in each one of our services. This goes well beyond macro counting and telling people to sleep 8 hours. Apricity
Our Backbone. Group training focused on developing multiple attributes for GPP (general physical preparedness). A highly curated, carefully selected mixture of high intensity + functional movements to bolster and improve cardiovascular fitness, movement competency and overall physical prowess.

Baseline
Our flagship strength and hypertrophy programming. Progressive and sustainable, varied strength and conditioning meant to improve squat, bench and deadlift along with building muscle tissue, connective tissue resilience, improving range of motion and develop end-range familiarity and strength. The gateway towards heightened physical presence, awareness and overall athleticism.

Baseline +
Baseline + is our flagship strength and conditioning program “plus” high level, progressive plyometrics. While you improve your strength numbers, you will also develop high levels of athletic ability through a variety of plyometric, jumping, hopping and power-related drills, such as Olympic lifting variations. For those that want to feel and perform like a freak, this is for you.

Baseline Ease
Ease is our on-ramp, or beginner programming, but it is for all levels of fitness and extremely useful for a wide-group of people. Variations of compound movements that are meant to lessen axial skeletal loading and improve movement variability while building foundational strength and muscle tissue. It is a great way to start your strength training journey without the burden of digging yourself into the ground every session. It is also a useful tool for people who just aren’t feeling it on a day and need something “less” while still moving your body.
