The Strata Path
The Strata Path is our answer and exploration for interesting and progressive strength training. The problem we saw (and see) time and time again is the reliance on hyper-rigid strength training routines that inadequately develop other key characteristics in terms of rate of force development, requisite mobility and overall athleticism and, most of all—feeling good. The Strata Path is a useful switch in gears; an exploration of what else we can develop along with squat, bench and deadlift, and what other attributes matter for both short-term performance, and longevity.
