The Axis Path

The Axis Path is our highly curated repeatable program made for beginners with little to no experience in fitness. Raon is proud to train and teach those who have never squatted, picked up a Dumbbell or used an Assault bike. This program is our on-ramp if you are hesitant or intimidated about training for the first time. The goal is to teach basic Raon training language, build a solid foundation of strength, mobility and coordination along with having fun and challenging ourselves. This program has been highly successful in teaching people the necessities of training while alleviating pain, increasing mobility / movement options, obtaining strength and strength endurance in a thoughtful, progressive and welcoming atmosphere.
